I call t his hanging glutenous rice Bachang. I was in Iligan city working when I found out this Chinese food which my employer likes it very much. When I tasted it I like the taste of it so last week when I was in Singapore I saw this Bachang hanging and I got excited immediately because what I remember in this food is that it taste great!

Kinilaw na Bangus
It's only here in the Philippines that I eat kinilaw na bangus. I thought I have to pick one by one the bones inside the fish but when I ask the fish vendor to pick the bones for me before it is sliced the fish vendor willingly took it out for me. Here is the yummy photo for you.
