Took this photos at Frederick Meijers Sculpture and Garden in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In the garden they had a childrens place that I like they call it the five senses garden. Except for the sense of taste you can test all the four senses. If you see closer the tip of the hand has a round shape you touch it and you feel something. In the middle of the ear you see some kind like a metal you get closer to that and you can hear music and all the rest senses do its function well. Very cool for kids and young at heart. ^_^
How cool this park is - as grownups, we know all about that...but the child will be happy to learn all about the senses with these bigger than life sense sculptures!
This is terrific! Great job.
ReplyDeleteI love your presentation of photos!
ReplyDeleteyou captured all 5. I can't smell well. caused by an allergy by peanuts.
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful sculptures! And beautifully captured as always. I love the colour and shape of the nose, it has a lovely quirkiness to it, I think.
ReplyDeleteThose sculptures should be a rather powerful instrument in learning which the five senses are :)
