Minatamis na saging with langka

We call it here in my hometown minatamis na saging with langka. This is really a good merienda or snack for everyone. This is one dessert I crave and when I arrived here in the Philippines last weekend my SIL 
cook this for me.

    ooooh, yum! one of my faves, too! tried making it, pero iba pa rin when my mom or an aunt cooks it! lol. maybe i just don't know how it's done properly. :D
