It is a light fixture somebody design it and put it there. It is long and huge because it is made of glass. It almost covered the whole restaurant ceiling it is really pretty and colorful. ^_^
They are all lovely. I saw a similar light fixture / bigger not as delicate in the Hilton downtown Houston. Blown glass is beautiful.
