Fried Tilapia with Crab Paste

The one dish that is easy to make is frying. The other day I was craving for fried tilapia and luckily I stock tilapia in the freezer. So I grab one big tilapia thawed it and when it is thawed I cut it in half clean it and seasoned with just salt and black pepper. After frying I cut one tomato and then for the very first time I put crab paste on top of the tomato. Crab paste is not as smelly as the shrimp paste.

  1. I love Tilapia, I always buy it at Sam's in bulk to have it on hand, but I ran out and haven't had the chance to get more. This is making me drool! I am really curious about that crab paste, I have never tasted it before, it looks really good! I would love to try it!

  2. Crab paste... that would make my mom drool! :) I once shared a studio apartment with my Kapampangan friend and she always stock on bottles of crab paste and we would eat it mixed with a little of calamansi juice.
