I've been preparing my vegetable and flower garden this past few days and preparing dinner sometimes hard to do ^_^. The other day while I was in the garden I thought of making goulash. I look for an easy recipe and here I got one.

Ingredients:
2 cups of macaroni pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp sweet basil (grown in the garden)
salt and pepper seasoned to taste
Procedure:
1. Cook the pasta as directed.
2. In a nonstick skillet, cook beef, celery and onions over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
3. Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Seasoned to taste then it is done!
This looks like a great dish! Great post!
