Popcorn shrimp

Since I  bought this popcorn shrimp on sale at our grocery store I already watch it everytime I go shopping. The other day they sale almost all of their seafood item and there I was grabbing two of this popcorn shrimp and so the mussels. Here is what I come out with my popcorn shrimp..lettuce, tomatoes and balsamic venaigrette.

    i don't think i've tried this before ... looks delicious!
    parang salad, but i think i'd love that with rice, too! :)
